The breeds we farm have been chosen for their eating qualities – rare breed British Saddleback Pork has superb flavour & amazing crackling   Saddleback pigs have been kept oin the farm since 1992 and by choosing this breed we are helping ensure its survival – they are classified as “at risk” by the RBST.
