October Recipe The Gray Family's Sweet and Sour Pork

METHOD

Mix the marinade ingredients together, then add the pork and leave for an hour if you have time. 

Heat the oil in the pan, lift the pork pieces out of the sauce with a slotted spoon and brown the pieces of pork.  Add the sauce and simmer for 20 minutes until soft.  You may need to adjust the seasoning to taste.  

SERVE

with a big pile of stir fried noodles, stir fried spring onions, carrots, yellow peppers and steamed green beans.
